Writing for the Journal

We believe the best qualified experts on insolvency and restructuring in Australia are Professional Members of ARITA.

That's why we prefer Journal article authors to be Professional Members. Articles by subject experts who are not members will be considered on a case by case basis.

Publication deadlines for 2023

Please note: we only accept articles that haven’t been published anywhere else (including on firm websites), and you will have to sign our copyright release.
